For most women a medium Yoni egg is a good size to begin with. Because there is no standardization mediums tend to run from 40mm to 49mm
Large eggs are suggested for women who have recently had children, who can insert insert two fingers with no resistance, who desire to really FEEL the egg once inserted, and/or who are doing energetic expansion work. Large eggs tend to run from 50mm and above
Small eggs are suggested for women who are experts with a medium egg and are desiring to work more deeply on vaginal muscle isolations or who are suffering from vaginismus. Small eggs tend to run 30-39mm.
