We accept returns within 7 days of receipt of purchase. If it has been more than 7 days since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. All returns must be unused and in the original packaging.

REFUNDS

EXCHANGES

If items are defective or damaged, we can offer an exchange if we have the item in stock. If out of stock, you will receive a store credit. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at help@cultusinfinitum.com

You are responsible for the shipping costs for a return or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted.
